Transparence 21.0 invites participants to rethink workplace interiors as vibrant environments that support collaboration, wellbeing, creativity, and community. As work cultures evolve through hybrid models, technology, and changing expectations, interiors must go beyond functionality to shape how people interact, connect, and thrive.

Participants must select one workplace building within an existing or proposed IT Park, SEZ, Commercial Zone, Business Park, or Innovation District and design two representative floor plates. The selected building may be a corporate headquarters, multi-tenant office, R&D centre, innovation hub, business centre, co-working facility, incubation centre, or another future workplace typology.

The proposal should demonstrate how light, sustainable, and durable interior systems can enhance daylight, thermal and acoustic comfort, Indoor Environmental Quality, flexibility, circularity, and user wellbeing, while showcasing the potential of Saint-Gobain’s interior solutions.

The interiors should balance focused work, collaboration, learning, recreation, wellness, and social interaction, while responding to the organisation’s identity and culture. The challenge is to create workplaces that improve how people work, connect, and experience their everyday lives.

Eligibility and Team Size

• Undergraduate and Post-graduate students currently enrolled in Interior Design, and those graduating in 2026 can register under this section.
• Participation is allowed in teams of up to three members, provided all members are eligible for the same sub-category.
• Students are allowed to make teams across different academic years (in the same sub-category) and different colleges.
